The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) Edo State chapter has congratulated the Edo Sports Commission chairman, Hon. Desmond Enabulele, on his well-deserved SWAN Award of Recognition and Commendation, platinumnewsng.com is reporting
The State Chapter commended the chairman for his dedication to work since coming on board as the chairman of the sports industry last December.
According to the chairman of the state chapter, comrade Kehinde Osagiede, Enabulele, since assuming office, has initiated some unexpected policy that has, in a long way, impacted the productivity of the state on the sports front. Comrade Osagiede hinted at the success of the team at the Niger Delta Sports Festival, the National Sports Festival and the National Youth Games where the state emerged with its highest number of medals in history.
The Edo SWAN leader said these are just a few of what can be mentioned in what the soft-spoken sports administrator has done since assuming office, believing that more noticeable successes are ahead for the state in sports.
While congratulating the chairman, Comrade Osagiede tasked hon Amadin to keep the fire burning, noting that there’s more to do for the chairman, which, if done accordingly, would earn him more accolades beyond the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
Comrade Osagiede ended his Congratulatory message to the chairman with prayers for good health, a sound mind and more office successes.
