Respected Nigeria Football Expert, Jeremiah Ogaga Ayejegare has added another cap to his Football managerial profession, following his successful completion of the FIFA licencing Process.
The Abuja-based Delta-born Football administrator and Agent has now been confirmed as a FIFA Licenced Football Agent having passed the 2024 FIFA Football Agent exams that were re-introduced by the World Football Governing body not too long ago.
With this success story, the well-known Football management expert is now fully licensed by FIFA to represent clubs, coaches, and most importantly players as their Agents.
It was all smiles and celebration for Jeremiah Ogaga Ayejegare for the feat achieved, the exercise which has great importance attached to it following the modification of rules for representing players, coaches and clubs is very competitive and it demands a minimum of 75% pass mark to qualify as a FIFA licensed Agent.
With this great achievement, Jeremiah Ogaga Ayejegare who has done so much for the round leather game with his Agency in the past is now fully motivated to do more and contribute to the development of the game globally and make his impact in the football business.
It would be recalled that the World Football Governing body has since re-introduced the FIFA Licence Football Agent exams with changed rules for the representation of players, coaches and clubs based on the dynamism of the game and current realities. The new implementation by FIFA includes the mandatory use of licensed Agents and a cap on service fees, with extensive consultation.
From October 2023, approximately 7,500 licenses were given out to individuals by FIFA compared to about 65,000 previously registered Football Agents from their various Football Associations, who are now eligible to serve as FIFA licensed Agents.In his response to this latest achievement, the elated Jeremiah Ogaga Ayejegare said, he has waited for this to come, and having passed the exams he will put in more of his time and energy to do more for the game.
