Francis & Fiedlia Ibhawoh Foundation Unveils New Logo

The Francis and Fidelia Ibhawoh Foundation has unveiled its new logo, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s journey.

The foundation, previously known as the Francis Ibhawoh Foundation, changed its name four years ago to reflect the shared values and commitment of Francis and Fidelia Ibhawoh to education, community development, and youth empowerment.

At an event held in Lagos, Chairman Gerard Ibhawoh stated, “The name change is more than symbolic; it is a testament to the shared vision, values, and dedication of Francis and Fidelia Ibhawoh.”.

He emphasized that the foundation’s mission and core values remain unchanged, with a continued focus on empowering young people and making a positive impact in local communities.

In line with its commitment to fostering intellectual discourse and critical thinking, the Francis and Fidelia Ibhawoh Foundation has announced the 2025 edition of its annual essay competition for undergraduates.

The theme for this year’s competition is “Sports as a Catalyst for Social Change and National Development: In what ways can sports foster social inclusion, peacebuilding, and youth empowerment?”

The competition is open to all undergraduates, and entries will be accepted from April 1, 2025, to May 15, 2025.

The winners will be announced on June 2, 2025, and the top six essays will receive a prize of N100,000 each.

The Francis and Fidelia Ibhawoh Foundation has demonstrated its dedication to championing education, youth development, and community progress.

Meanwhile, the organization looks forward to receiving insightful essays from young thinkers across the nation as it continues to inspire positive change.
