The 2022 edition of the ‘Breakfast Meeting with Journalists hosted by edot State Deputy Governor, Rt Hon Comrade Philip Shaibu has been postponed.
The postponement according to a statement released by the Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, Comrade Ebomhiana Musa, is due to circumstances beyond the planning committee’s capacity. The shift according to the statement is necessitated by the unscheduled visit of Mr. Governor to Edo North and as the leader of Edo North, the Deputy Governor is expected to accompany Mr. Governor on the trip.
However, the interactive session over breakfast with the pen pushers has now been rescheduled for Wednesday, December 21st, 2022 at 8 am.
December 20 has been the traditional date for the interactive session with journalists in Edo State, a date the Comrade Deputy Governor has kept faithfully from his days as a member of the state house of assembly.
