The new Head Coach of Remo Stars, Daniel Ogunmodede has revealed his target for the 2022/2023 campaign is to win every game as he hopes to make history with the club.
In a recent interview co-hosted by Tosh Michael and Adex Sports as monitored by Platinumnewsng.com, the 42-year-old tactician spoke on his target for his second stint as the coach of the Sky Blues Star as he is set to make history and do the impossible with the club.
“We intend to keep our fans happy, that’s what we always want to do all the time. My target is to win every game as they come.” Ogunmodede said.
At the Value Jet Pre-season tournament, Ogunmodede made it known the task was to get the players in the right frame of mind for the coming season.
“But the important for us in this pre-season tournament is to get our players ready for the task ahead. We want to use it to form cohesion for the club, prepare the club psychologically, technically and tactically for the task ahead”. He added.
Remo Stars finished third in the just concluded 2021/2022 season of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) securing a CAF Confederation Cup slot.
