…over inferno, car theft
Edo State Deputy Governor, Rt. Hon. Comrade Philip Shaibu has expressed empathised with Owere Dickson lmasogie, over the inferno that engulfed his farm and stolen vehicle at his Benin residence.
Owere lmasogie is a renowned farmer, grassroots politician and PDP Leader, Edo South.
In a letter of empathy addressed to the chieftain of the umbrella party and personally signed by him, the Deputy Governor stated:
“Our great Leader, it is with a deep sense of shock that l received the unpleasant news of the inferno that razed your farm”.
“Information at my disposal revealed that the unfortunate incident resulted in the massive destruction of property worth millions of naira”.
“I am also aware that a Hilux vehicle belonging to you was stolen in front of your house on Oza Street in Benin City”.
Shaibu described the fire incident and vehicle theft as ugly occurrences while empathizing with the PDP Leader and appreciating God for sparing his life.
“No doubt, these are two ugly incidents. However, permit me to empathize with you, family members and associates, particularly the PDP family over the losses”.
“My highly esteemed Leader, let me encourage you to find solace in the admonition of the Good Book, which says we should give thanks to Almighty God for everything that happens to us”.
“For me, l must express utmost appreciation to the Divine Creator as no life was lost in both incidents”.
“Certainly, it’s the Lord doing and is marvellous in our sight”.
The number Edo State’s number two citizen wished Owere lmasogie well and prayed for his well-being.
“Please, accept the assurances of my thoughts and prayers for you, now and always”.
