Super Eagles Goalkeeper, John Noble has said that his invitation to the Super Eagles has been the greatest thing to have ever happened to him as a footballer.
The Enyimba shot-stopper made this disclosure while appearing on the hot seat of a Nigerian Sports WhatsApp platform, ‘9ja Gladiators’.
The former Kara Sports Club shot-stopper spoke about his marriage life, calling it a stabilizer to his life.
“My Marriage has been really helpful and I’m settled with the woman made for me by God. Now, I’m focusing on my career.”
Noble, six feet tall relishes his invitation to one of the world’s most expensive national teams, the Super Eagles as the biggest thing to have ever happened to his career as a footballer, calling it a dream come through.
“The Super Eagles invitation is the biggest thing that has ever happened to me, it has improved my CV and career as well, it has done a lot to my family and career and I would say it’s the biggest thing to have ever happened to me in my entire life. The first day I got the call, it was a dream come through for me as I have dreamt of playing for the Super Eagles since I was a little boy.”
“Though I haven’t been allowed to play, I strongly believe that the day will come; I only need to be more hardworking and see what the future holds.”
Asked if he has the intention of leaving the shores of the country for a pasture new in his footballing career, the former Cynosure FC goaltender stated that his days are numbered in the Nigeria Professional Football League as he’s only waiting on the outcome of something good he’s cooking in moving to a more noble league.
“I will say yes because I’m working on something and soon, something good will come out for me to be in a more noble league.”
John Noble kept in goal for Enyimba International FC of Aba in the 2021/2022 season of the Nigeria Professional Football League and helped his team to the 7th position finish.
