Former Nigeria International, Emmanuel Amunike has officially been unveiled as club consultant to the technical team of Zambia Premier League side, Zanaco FC.
The unveiling of the 51-year-old took place on Thursday morning at the Zanaco Bank headquarters along Cairo Road in Lusaka, the capital of Zambia. Zanaco also unveiled the appointment of the former winger’s compatriot, Emeka Amadi as his assistant.
Zanaco Fc had earlier last week announced the appointment of former Nigeria’s Super Eagles assistant coach who enjoyed a brilliant playing career lifting the Afcon with the Super Eagles in 1994 and winning the Olympics gold medal with Nigeria’s Dream Team two years later.

Amunike led the Golden Eaglets to glory at the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup held in Chile. He also guided Tanzania to their second-ever Africa Cup of Nations appearance in 2019 after a lengthy absence.
