Ahead of the 2025 edition of the NWFL Super six playoffs, Rivers Angels Football Club head Coach, Tosan Blackson, have had his take as to the possibility of his team reclaiming the title, stating that all six teams that qualified for the playoffs are potential winners.
The former Delta Queens gaffer, who won the NWFL title two years ago with the Delta outfit, spoke after his side’s victory over Remo Stars Ladies on Wednesday to progress into the quarter finals of the President’s Federation Cup.
In addition to his statement that any of the teams playing the tournament could win it, the gaffer also went out to state his team’s preparation and desire to snap the trophy from all other aspirants.
“Every team going to the Super Six is a potential winner. We are going there to win, too. We pray we win. We have prepared for it, we have worked for it, and so we want to win it.”
