Confluence Queens, dubbed the “Wada Queens” from Kogi, have yet to concede a goal this season. Placed fourth in Group A with 4 points from two games, they secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory against Adamawa Queens in an away fixture during Match Day 2. Eager to claim their first home win, the Lokaja-based side aims to continue their positive momentum.

On the flip side, Royal Queens, based in Warri, find themselves at the bottom of Group A without a goal or a win after two matches. Their challenging start saw them endure a 4-0 defeat against Heartland Queens in their opener and a 1-0 loss to Abia Angels on home turf during Match Day 2.

The clash between these two teams promises an intriguing battle, to be a tough one as Confluence Queens are yet to taste defeat and Royal Queens will want to turn their fortunes around by finding the back of the net and securing a crucial away victory, which will be their first for the 2023/24 season.
