CAF Accredited Photo journalist, Kennedy Ugbodaga on Monday, presented a signed jersey from Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa to the Chief Medical Director of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Prof. Darlington Obaseki.
Mr Ugbodaga who has been covering the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d ‘Ivoire from the pitchside as a photo journalist had facilitated a seamless conversation between the Super Eagles skipper, who appreciated the CMD for his developmental efforts in the sports sector of Edo State.
Inscribed on the Super Eagles jersey from the Captain was his signature alongside a text which reads ” Thank you very much for what you have been doing in sport. Thanks sir”
Expressing his gratitude, the CMD promised to be at the Semi Final of the biennial competition if Nigeria makes it past Angola.
On January 1, UBTH under the leadership of Prof. Obaseki, officially opened the UBTH Sport Complex to enable and foster the growth of sports in Edo State.
