As the November 10th D-day for the AKPAKOMIZA Novelty Match approaches, more corporate support has continued to pour in.
The latest entries are the makers of Akogate Premium Water and one of the fastest growing entries in the out-South of Nigeria, Home & Away Restaurant.
Akogate Premium Water has been named the OFFICIAL WATER of the Match, while Home &Away Restaurant will handle the entertainment of players and guests.
The Managing Director of Akogate Premium Water, Hon Felix Aganbi, shared his excitement as the Official WATER of the Novelty match.
“It’s always a pleasure to support sports in Edo State. This we have been doing for five years, and we are ready to do more with the incoming government of Edo State.
“We have been working with Frank Ilaboya from his days as the Edo State Football Association Chairman and I am happy that he and his friends are behind this great project.
“Our premium water is the best in the land with our technology-driven factory at Oluku Area of Edo State,” the Delta business mogul whose company has just diversified into solar light installation.
For the Managing Director of Home & Away Restaurant, Andrew Enoma, “We’re excited to be part of this novelty to showcase why our eatery is the best in this part of the country.
“The people of Edo State and environs have always had something good to say about our package and it’s time to extend that same oodies to the numerous guests and dignitaries coming for the match and the inauguration proper.
“We have just opened our ultra-modern outlet in the Ugbowo area of the state to take off our numerous clients in that area,” the soft-spoken and youthful MD added.
The spokesman for the Organisers, Frank Ilaboya, says the coming of Akogate Water and Home & Away Restaurant marks another significant step in working with private organizations, too.
“Honestly, I am happy, very happy with the responses we are getting from private organizations like Home & Away Restaurant and Akogate Premium Water.
The truth of the matter is that government alone cannot do it, so we need the organized private sector to join in the development of ports in the State,” the one-time chairman of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria explained.
The Novelty Match comes up on Sunday, November 10th, 2024 at the magnificent Samuel Stadium, Benin City.
