It was a celebration of nostalgia and camaraderie as the General Manager of Barau FC, Dominic Iorfa, met his fellow Ex-Internationals and seniors during the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Nigeria Premier Football League in Ibadan.
The former Nigeria football players transformed the occasion into an energetic reunion amidst a teeming audience of football stakeholders in the country.
The Ex-Internationals at the event, who are still actively contributing their quota to the growth of Nigerian football, include General Manager of Barau FC, Dominic Iorfa, popularly known as “Human Express”, a staunch educationist, African football legend and ex-captain of Nigerian Green Eagles, Segun Odegbami, Mutiu Adepoju, who earned the nickname “Headmaster”, Felix Owolabi, alias “Owo Blow” and the Chief Operating Officer of the NPFL, Davidson Owumi.
These illustrious and widely respected former footballers have continued to contribute immensely to Nigerian football and sports in general.
