Bendel Insurance has completed the signing of David Obiazo for a two-year contract in an undisclosed deal.
Obiazo who last featured between the sticks for El-Kanemi Warriors in the 2022/23 Nigeria Premier Football League has now switched to the Benin Arsenals in a permanent move until June 2025.
The ex-Kano Pillars shot-stopper expressed sincere excitement over the brisk transformation of a visionary Bendel Insurance while commending the club administration for the astounding work done so far in ensuring that the team continue to thrive at greater heights.
Obiazo, however, the experienced goalie who had plied his trade with Heartland FC and Plateau United in the Nigeria top-flight division in years past, also showed gratitude for the welcoming aura of his arrival to a new adventure with the club, as promised to give it the utmost best once he gets into actions with the 2023 Federation Cup Champions.
