Nigerian sportswear manufacturer, Owu Sports, has inked a significant partnership with the emerging sport photojournalism company, DagaShotz.
Owned by Kennedy Ugbodaga, DagaShotz has secured a sponsorship agreement with Owu Sports, spanning one year.
Under the terms of the deal, Owu Sports will provide DagaShotz with a range of branded apparel, including jerseys, t-shirts, face caps, hoodies, and bags.
Kennedy Ugbodaga, the Chief Executive of DagaShotz, expressed his enthusiasm for this sponsorship deal, emphasizing that he did not anticipate such support at this early stage of his brand’s growth.
“I’m very excited about this deal. I never saw it coming at this early stage of growing my brand. I have been a photographer for years, deciding to venture into sports photojournalism, the support from Owu is massive. ” Ugbodaga told Platinum News
Imago accredited photojournalist, Ugbodaga who covered the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt, under Platinum News boasts of years of photography experience, recently ventured into sports photojournalism earlier this year and he is thrilled by the substantial backing from Owu Sports.
Owu Sportswear, which initially began as a dream 16 years ago, has played an important role in spearheading sportswear branding in Nigeria.
