Nigeria Premier Football League Side Niger Tornadoes Football Club have Unveiled Coach Abdulazeez Hamza Abara as the new head coach and technical adviser on a one-year deal ahead of the 2023/2024 season.
Hamza Abara who recently left Maduguri-based side El-Kanemi Warriors has signed a contract with the Minna Based side until the End of the 2023/2024 campaign and replaces Bala Abubakar who linked up with Lobi Stars at the End of the 2022/2023 NPFL Season.
The Minna-born Coach will be returning to the Pride of Nigerlites for a second stint having previously managed the side.
The tactician has also previously had managerial stints at Enyimba, Sokoto United in the top flight of Nigerian Football.
Abara will hope to improve the fortunes of Tornadoes who finished 7th in the Group B standing of the Nigeria Premier Football League table in the 2022/2023 season and missed out on a place in the Nigeria Premier League Super Six playoffs.
