Coach of FC Robo Queens, Emmanuel Osahon has expressed that the reason behind his side’s loss to Edo Queens was due to lack of concentration, platinumnewsng.com is reporting.
Osahon watched his side embarrassingly lose 4-1 to a rampant Moses Aduku’s Edo Queens, with a brace from Eunice Godwin, and goals from Kafayat Mafisere and Esther Moses condemning FC Robo to their first defeat of the campaign.
Emmanuel Osahon Orobosa also attributed the loss to Edo Queens to him having a young crop of players.
Speaking in an interview with Adesina David of Platinum News, the Nigerian tactician said:
“If you watch my team very well, they are a crop of young girls that I am just bringing up. Edo queens is just a baptism for us, they lost concentration and we would do better as the league progresses.”
FC Robo return to action on November 22, 2023, where they will be facing Sunshine Queens, in a Matchday 2 encounter of the Nigeria Women Football League Premiership regular season.
