Edo State Deputy Governor, Rt Hon Comrade Philip Shaibu, has congratulated Edo-born Ambassador Collins Osazee Idahosa, on his appointment as Governor, National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, Europe Chapter.
The NYCN Governor is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
In his congratulatory message he personally signed, the Deputy Governor stated:
