Yucateco Boxing Promotions, the premier boxing promotion company in Africa, has announced the list of 12 authorized boxing clubs that will participate in the upcoming Season 2 of the Yucateco Boxing League.
The first-of-its-kind boxing league in the continent which debuted in 2023 has received several accolades from boxing experts around the world after a successful maiden season.
The organizers on Monday unveil the twelve (12) clubs that will participate in Season 2 of the highly anticipated league. In a ceremony at the Yucateco headquarters in Lagos, the Technical Director of the league Babatunde Laguda, announced the competing clubs as Akil Boxing Club, Angulo Boxing Club, Conkal Boxing Club, E-Francis Aiyegbeni Boxing Club
and Espita Boxing Club.
Others are Green Grace Farmers Market Boxing Club, Miramontes Boxing Club, Ogbas Families Boxing Club, Originator Boxing Club, Progreso Boxing Club, Tizimin Club as well as
Y S Rano Boxing Club.
The bouts which get on the way on Friday, July 26th In Lagos, will run for sixteen (16) weeks across fourteen (14) different states and communities in Nigeria.
