Bendel Insurance has confirmed the signing of former Kano Pillars midfielder Tamara Ezekiel.
Tamara has signed a two-year deal with The Benin Arsenal, meaning he will remain with the club until 2025.
He becomes Bendel Insurance’s fourth signing this summer, having already signed Paul Obata, Kelly Kester and David Obiazo.
In an eye-catching unveiling footage shared on the club’s Twitter account, the FA Cup champions confirmed the signing of Tamara Ezekiel.
The 36-second video began with the words “ERAS COME AND GO” boldly written, before progressing to show several stars that have played for Bendel Insurance.
Some of these stars include; Julius Aghahowa, Osazee Odemwingie and Charles Ihimenkpen.
Tamara Ezekiel began his career at Lobi Stars, before joining Kano Pillars on the 1st of May, 2021.
He afterwards left the Sai Masu Gida for Kwara United on the 1st of September, 2022 joining the club on a free transfer.
Prior to signing for Bendel Insurance, the 22-year-old also played for Shooting Stars, making 4 appearances in total.
The 22-year-old has got continental experience, having previously represented Kwara United in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The former Lobi Stars player has made 79 appearances so far in his career, scoring 1 goal and providing no assist across all competitions.
