NPFL24: Monday Odigie calls on Fans to keep supporting Insurance

Head coach of Bendel Insurance, Monday Odigie has called on fans and supporters of Bendel Insurance to keep cheering and supporting the team despite the circumstances, platinumnewsng.com is reporting.

Speaking with the media after a hard fought 1-0 victory over high flying Lobi Stars, Odigie when asked about his plans for the team said he will keep on trying his best while pleading with fans to give their all.

“All I have to do is keep doing my best. I tell fans come and watch, support your team when they are doing good and bad.” Odigie said.

He went on to compare fans in Nigeria with European fans who support their clubs through thick and thin.

“We see in other leagues, teams go on relegation, the fans are crying and still cheering their team. We will keep working to see where the team goes.” The gaffer concluded.
