“Our goal is to compete at the highest level and secure promotion. We are building a squad that combines discipline, skill, and passion. We believe this is our year to shine. With the support of the club management and our fans, we are determine to make a statement,” he stated.
With action fully commencing across the country in the coming days, all eyes will be on the Eguono V’Owvian Boys as famously known to see if the long-awaiting dream of topflight football to Ughelli can become a reality soon.

“Of course, we are aware that expectations are high for the season. So as every other club like us is targeting a top-of-the-table finish from the centre with the hope of clinching the only ticket to the NLO playoffs, this alone is enough motivation for the team to take the bull by the horns,” Nyerovwo added.
Having being grouped together with six other local teams, the club will open its campaign against Itamah Football Academy in the Asaba Centre 1 slated for Wednesday, April 23, 2pm, at the main bowl of Stephen Keshi Stadium, Delta State.
