It was an atmosphere of joy and celebration on Easter Sunday, as Edo State Deputy Governor, Rt Hon Comrade Philip Shaibu, paid a visit to the Edo State PDP Chairman, Hon Tony Aziegbemi.
Shaibu was accompanied on the visit by friends and political associates.Aziegbemi was recently abducted by unknown gunmen in Benin City and endured eleven harrowing days in the hands of his captors.

Shaibu was full of excitement while expressing joy at the safe return of Aziegbemi.According to him: “We came to celebrate Easter with our chairman and also thank God for his safe return home from the den of kidnappers”.

He noted that he had a personal bond with the family of Aziegbemi. “Don’t forget I am the Godfather to Aziegbemi’s twin babies”.
