Rabiu Alli is undoubtedly a NPFL legend – Hussaini Abdullahi

Bendel Insurance defender, Hussaini Abdullahi, has admitted and eulogized the great Rabiu Alli of Kano Pillars ahead of Matchday 10 of the Nigeria Premier Football League, Platinumnewsng.com is reporting.

For Hussaini, he is preparing to face his childhood hero and football legend, Rabiu Alli. Growing up in Minna, Hussaini tells platinumnewsng.com his passion for football was fuelled by the exploits of Rabiu Alli, whose inspirational journey from the streets to football stardom motivated the youngster.

“Rabiu Alli was and still my hero, an inspiration while growing up in Minna. His technique on the pitch motivated me to continuing pursuing my dreams in football,” revealed Hussaini,

Recalling moments of admiration, Hussaini recounted how he would watch Rabiu Alli’s matches,

“Watching Rabiu Alli play when I was young was like a masterclass for me. I used to emulate his style, most especially his techniques. He is the epitome of excellence in Nigeria football,” expressed Hussaini.

Now donning the Yellow and Green colours of Bendel Insurance, he is set to cross paths with his childhood icon, Rabiu Alli, on the football pitch on Sunday by 4pm at the Sani Abacha stadium in Kano.
