…Congratulates Permanent Secretary
Edo State Deputy Governor, Rt. Hon. Comrade Philip Shaibu has congratulated the Permanent Secretary, Edo State Civil Service Commission, Mr. Toju Onaiwu, on the dedication of his twin babies.
The Deputy Governor, during the dedication ceremony at Edo Hotel, Benin City, acknowledged that “children are from God, noting that “Edo State Government and the good people of our dear State rejoice with the family”.
According to him, “it is with great delight that I congratulate the Permanent Secretary, Edo State Civil Service Commission, Mr.Toju Onaiwu and his wife on their newborn babies”.
“The arrival of the twin has expanded the splendour of the Toju dynasty and we pray that the family would continue to grow without bounds in the fruitful years ahead; we pray for more blessings, long life and prosperity”, Shaibu added.
The occasion attracted dignitaries from all walks of life, including top officials of the Edo State Government, amongst whom were serving and retired Permanent Secretaries in Edo State Civil and Public Service.
