Kano Pillars Remain Unbeaten As Niger United Suffer On Day 4 of The Handball Premier League

Defending Champions, Kano Pillars continue their unbeaten run to sit atop the log table Safety on day 4 of the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League Season 5 phase 2 ongoing at the University of Lagos Sports Center, Lagos.

Kano Pillars had it easy as they defeated Seasider Boys 38-27 in the male category of the competition. In other matches, Niger United Suffered at the hands of the 2020 champions, Safety Shooters as they lost 29-23 giving shooters a comfortable spot just 2 points behind Kano pillars.

Owena Kings and Police Machine played shared the spoil as they played a 22-22 draw, Rima Strikers defeated Benue Buffaloes 30-26as Tojemarine Academy scaled past De Defenders 24-20.

In the women’s category, Seasider Babes defeated Benue Queens 28-21, Safety Babes defeated Bendel Dynamos 26-22 as Defender Babes defeated Rima Queens 27-23.
